NEW HomeWorld Warnervale – Officially opens

HomeWorld, Australia’s biggest building co-operative that develops and manages display villages for Leading Building Companies, has officially opened its newest display village in Warnervale, on the Central Coast of NSW.

This village features 45 homes from 16 leading builders, creating a destination for anyone looking to explore a wide variety of home designs, from single and double-storey homes to duplex living, acreage homes, and integrated granny flats. 

HomeWorld Board Director and Managing Director of Allworth Homes, Stephen Thompson was proudly awarded by our Chairman Mike Scott for having the first display homes open in this new village. Congratulations, Stephen!

Our opening ceremony was made even more special by a Smoking Ceremony led by Kyle Freeman, followed by a heartfelt Welcome to Country by Aunty Robyn Sutherland, Deputy Chairperson of Darkinjung LALC.  We are grateful to the Darkinjung people, the traditional custodians of this land.
