The Sassine family, with over 20 years experience in the building industry, were tired of seeing hardworking Australians being deceived by builders with surprise costs and fees during their build and thus decided to create their own company, Meridian Homes in 2011. The aim was to provide new home owners with an alternative option and still sticks true many years on. Our motto is simple; we provide good quality homes at reasonable prices.

Our team builds over 100 homes a year for families around Sydney and never going above our means to ensure that every home owner is not just a number churned through our system but a member of the Meridian Homes family.
